Terms of Service

These terms are a placeholder pending legal counsel review. They do not constitute complete or binding terms of service. TeddyCare Medical LLC is in pre-production; no finalized terms are in effect.

The terms of service are being finalized for TeddyCare Medical and TeddyIQ. Once complete, they will govern access to and use of our platform and services.

No real patient information in demos. Use of any TeddyIQ demonstration or pre-production environment is restricted to synthetic, non-identifying data. Introducing real protected health information (PHI) into any demo or pre-production environment is not permitted.

Before production readiness. Production use of TeddyIQ for workflows involving PHI requires a fully executed agreement with TeddyCare Medical, including any required business associate agreement, prior to processing any real patient data.
